March 3, 2007 -- New Pics
Tuc's brief return to OLTL this month brings with it some new sights for this site. If you'd like to get a glimpe of David staring down John or of Asa paying a visit to David in jail, you can see that in our updated soap gallery pages. But for a particularly, um, striking shot of "David", you might want to just hop on over here. As if just being smart, talented, and funny weren't already appealing enough...

December 25, 2006 -- Moving Images
Video has finally come to this web site! Well, sort of. We've just added a new link to the video clips featuring Tuc that fans have posted on YouTube. Hop on over to our Links page and check them out. Other updates this month include some new e-mails uploaded to the Mailbag page, along with a few revised responses to the e-mails already posted. If you've never had a chance to visit the Mailbag page yet, now would be a great time to start!

August 10, 2006 -- Beard Stubble
Who's the sexiest guy with beard stubble? Matthew Fox, Colin Farrell, Jake Gyllenhaal? Don't decide until you've seen Tuc with beard stubble as shown in a newly uploaded shot from a pre-Emmys party in the fall of 2005. Also, the Credits section now includes an expanded listing for Tuc's 1992 theatrical appearance in Boy's Play. Tuc picked up the Dramalogue Award for Acting for his role as Tom.

April 26, 2006 -- 2006 Screensaver
Ready for the sequel to last year's Tuc screensaver? This year's Screensaver includes the latest and greatest pics that we have accumulated in the last year or so along with some old favorites. They range from fan events to publicity photos to candid shots. If you have any suggestions of pics from the galleries that you'd like us to include in the next screensaver, please just let us know. It's never too early to start planning for the 2007 screensaver.

March 4, 2006 -- Fan Event Pics
It took us a while, but our exclusive pictures of last year's One Life to Live fan event are now posted in the gallery section. Tuc appeared along with other stars from the show, including Robin Strasser, at last summer's OLTL luncheon at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. As always, Tuc proved to be his friendly and charming self. He even won a special award. Take a look at the new pics and find out what it was.!

December 2, 2005 -- Bigger Miracle
Back in 2000, Tuc starred in the movie Miracle In Lane 2 for the Disney Channel. After the movie was released on DVD, we decided to improve our Miracle gallery, making it bigger and better than ever before. Check out the difference: here is the original version of his character making a hospital visit to a young fan; and here is the newer, larger, and hopefully clearer version of this screen shot from the DVD. We hope you enjoy the rest of the new Miracle gallery too!

October 4, 2005 -- Tuc Everlasting
This month, we've revamped the Press page with a brand new look! The interviews and articles are reformatted and better catalogued to make them more accessible, and more complete, than ever before. There are also plenty of updates regarding the DVD release of Beggars & Choosers in our mailbag section. We've also posted a string of e-mails from fans wishing Tuc the very best after his recent emergency landing.

June 7, 2005 -- Photo Updates
A bunch of miscellaneous Tuc pics taken at special events over the years have just been added to the Soap Events Gallery. They span the mid-1990s through last month's Daytime Emmy Awards and Tuc's winning appearance at the Sands Celebrity Poker Tournament. And did you know that there's a brand new Yahoo! Group that's recently been started by fans of Tuc's co-star, Robin Strasser? You bet! That is the newest site added to our Links page.

April 2, 2005 -- D Is For David
...and for Dorian. Recently, a fairly comprehensive new fan site has cropped up on the internet for One Life To Live fans dedicated to the characters of David and Dorian. As all OLTL fans already know, D&D are a perfect match for each other and so the web site we've added to our Links page is naturally called, David & Dorian: Soulmates. Also, we've got some updated answers to existing letters posted in our mailbag section.

February 5, 2005 -- ABC-TV Redux
Recently we received from ABC a new batch of Tuc pics. Most of them show Tuc in a very conservative, yet somehow sexy, gray suit. Come to think of it, maybe it's not the suit itself that's sexy. These newer pics are posted in the portrait section of the galleries. Also, we've got a new black & white shot that's great, along with a nice pic of Tuc partially in shadow. Need help finding them? You can spot them here and there!

November 7, 2004 -- Fan Pics
It's been a year since Tuc went down to Florida for Super Soap Weeeknd, but yet the pics just keep rolling right in. A third row of fan shots has just been added to the soap events gallery. Not long ago we also posted a couple of new e-mails to the mailbag section. Find out whether Robin Strasser and Tuc were married briefly in the mid-1990s, or whether it was simply their characters, Dorian and David.

August 6, 2004 -- Exclusive
There's a unique treat in store for you over in the Press section: an exclusive interview with Tuc. A couple of months ago, we came up with about 20 questions for Tuc to answer just for fun. They were soon sent off to Tuc for his consideration. But would he come through and answer them? Of course! This candid interview is accompanied by a fittingly candid new shot of Tuc enjoying the sunny Florida weather late last year. Thanks Tuc!

July 27, 2004 -- Easy As ABC
This week the good folks at ABC Television sent us a bundle of official One Life To Live pics. We wasted no time formatting and uploading them to the Soap Pic Gallery. And we'd also like your input: since the time to post a new monthly poll question is less than a week away, we'd love to know what's on your mind. Do you have any OLTL-oriented questions that you'd like to see become the August poll question?

June 1, 2004 -- More SSW Pics
The new pictures from last year's Super Soap Weekend at Disney's MGM Studios in Orlando, Florida just keep piling up! We've posted a whole new row which includes Tuc and Goofy (Tuc looks like a big kid in that one) along with Tuc sharing the stage with Melissa Archer and Hillary B. Smith. Coming up soon: our exclusive interview with Tuc in which we ask him some serious---and sometimes very humourous---questions.

March 4, 2004 -- 2004 Screensaver
There's been a barrage of requests for a new Tuc Watkins Screen Saver so we gathered up some older and newer pictures which have never been seen before. This latest version of Windows screensaver includes bigger sharper shots from films like The Mummy along with real life guest appearance stuff from Super Soap Weekend in Florida's Walt Disney World late last year. We managed to find pics of Tuc with everyone from Robin Strasser to Goofy!

January 2, 2004 -- SSW Update
Fans have been nice enough to write to say how much they enjoyed meeting Tuc during his recent visit to Disney-MGM Studios' Super Soap Weekend. Couldn't make it? Then simply browse the new SSW pics in the soap events gallery. It's the next best thing to being there. And the links section has been redesigned and reorganzied too. Guess the year-end brought with it a bit of a creative bent for us. Have a great New Year!

September 22, 2003 -- Newer Gallery
Betcha getting tired of all these gallery updates, aren't you? Hope not. The latest and greatest update includes reworked, revised, and revamped shots of Tuc from his hilarious turn in the independent film, I Think I Do. Tuc played that big-hearted but vain soap actor, Sterling Scott (or Scott Sterling, depending upon how long you'd known him). Released in 1997, I Think I Do is some Tuc's funniest work to date.

August 18, 2003 -- New Gallery
Didn't quite get a chance to buy or rent Infested? Well, there's always the next best thing: we've just uploaded some great new high resolution Infested Images to the gallery section of this site. As usual, they're bigger, fatter files so they may take a moment to download. We think they'll be worth the wait. Coming soon: updates to the soap gallery featuring authorized publicity pics directly from ABC Television!

June 8, 2003 -- Wide Scream DVD
Since The Mummy has been out on DVD in wide screen format for a couple of years, we thought we'd take the opportunity to make the mummy gallery a bit bigger and better. Why not compare and contrast for yourself? Here is the original version of the myopic Mr. Burns checking the damage to his glasses. And here is the newer, wider, and hopefully clearer version of this screen shot from the DVD. Enjoy the rest of the new mummy gallery too!

April 1, 2003 -- April's Fools
April 1st usually brings unpleasant or snarky surprises, but this year we've got something much nicer to share with you. We've laid our hands on some new pics and information on Tuc's 1995 Off-Broadway debut in the romantic comedy Fortune's Fools. Start out on the show's Credits page to see how much taller Tuc was than the rest of the cast, then jump to an Article on the show for more pics and info straight from Tuc.

November 9, 2002 -- Scrubs
Tuc's turn as the devilish Dr. Dorman on General Hospital in the 1990s created quite a stir. Pierce Dorman and Monica Quartermaine, a.k.a. Leslie Charleson, made for the perfect toxic relationship. A brand new row of seven pictures has just been added to the Soap Opera Galleries including some great brooding shots. And if any soap fan out there should have some "Dr. Tuc" pics in their own collection, please just pass them along to us and we'll post them!

September 4, 2002 -- Screensaver II
Ready for the sequel to last year's Tuc screensaver? This year's Screensaver includes the latest and greatest pics that we have in our archives. And we thank you for the wonderful birthday wishes which we received this year for Tuc. Tuc himself also sends along his own thanks for the greetings sent in from around the world, including Poland and Israel. In his own words, "Wow." And don't forget to check out the new letters in the mailbag!

August 3, 2002 -- Birthday Card
Every year on September 2, Tuc's birthday, we here at tucwatkins.com send Tuc our best wishes for a happy and healthy birthday, but this year we'd like to do things a little differently: this year we'd love to include your own birthday greetings too! So just drop us a line and we'll pass your birthday congrats on to Tuc within our usual message to him. And, since we seem to be getting e-mail from Tuc fans all around the globe lately, we'd love it if you'd mention which country you're from.

July 20, 2002 -- Handsome In Pink
Along with the new information we've recently gotten about Tuc's hard to find independent film, The Thin Pink Line, comes our update to the credits pages. There's a screen cap of Tuc's scene in the film as well as a detailed plot summary. Never released commercially in the U. S., this film is crammed with cameo appearances including Jennifer Aniston, Jason Priestley, and Mike Myers.

May 29, 2002 -- Good Credit/Bad Credit
Did you miss either of Tuc's recent guest turns on the CBS hit series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation or HBO's Six Feet Under? If so, don't worry. Both shows will very likely be rerun during the summer months. Tuc played a good guy in one, and a bad guy in the other. If you can't wait for the reruns to find out which one was which, check out our guest credits page, which has been updated with screencaps and synopses covering these appearances.

May 5, 2002 -- New Interview
We've again managed to dig up an interview from Tuc's soap days. This one's from 1997 and, in it, Tuc talks about his role as General Hospital's "dastardly Doctor Pierce Dorman." How was Tuc's childhood like the setting of To Kill A Mockingbird? And when did he first contract "wardrobe phobia"? These and other questions are answered in this interview!

April 14, 2002 -- Dehyphenated
We've moved...sort of. Recently the domain name, tucwatkins.com, (finally) became available and so we've upgraded to a hyphenless existence. Don't worry about getting lost in the fray though. We've seen to it that you can also continue to access this site through our original name, tuc-watkins.com. There are also a couple of new letters posted in the mailbag section as well as some updates to some old responses. Just doin' our best to keep current.

December 1, 2001 -- Out Of Africa
We were a bit surprised recently when we received a couple of e-mails from Tuc fans in far off South Africa. It seems that even though Beggars & Choosers has been canceled for about a year, B&C is still being seen in countries all over the globe. Naturally, we had to post the letters in our mailbag section. And check out a few screen shots from Tuc's recent limited return to the daytime soap, One Life To Live in the soap gallery. Enjoy.

September 22, 2001 -- Wallpaper: Part 2
Yes, it's that time again: more free desktop wallpaper! The old ennui has kicked in again for us (or maybe we just got a little bored) so we've gathered together some images taken from recent Tuc television appearances and generated a whole new wallpaper design for your desktop monitor. Simply hop on over to here and "right-click" anywhere on that image. Then select "Set as Wallpaper" from the menu. That's it! As usual, it's intended for screen monitor resolutions of 800 x 600.

September 10, 2001 -- Candid Camera
The galleries here just keep on expanding! We hope you'll like the newest additions to this site's Portrait & Candid Photo Gallery. It now boasts a total of 28 images, including the three new candid pics and five new portraits just scanned and uploaded. And look for a great new black & white photo over in the soap opera section from Tuc's days on One Life To Live. There's also more to come: sometime in the next few weeks look for another set of soap pics. Stay tuned!

May 8, 2001 -- Anniversary Gift
It's been exactly one year since we moved to this new web site address, www.tuc-watkins.com. Boy, does time fly! We've celebrated by making free Beggars & Choosers wallpaper for your computer's desktop. Just go to this link and "right-click" anywhere on that image. Then select "Set as Wallpaper" from the menu. That's it! By the way, it's intended for screen monitor resolutions of 800 x 600. If you don't know what that means, or if you have any other questions at all, just drop us a line.

April 15, 2001 -- More New Pics
The Beggars & Choosers Gallery now boasts a total of 42 images, including the 7 newest additions on the bottom row. Also, Tuc's recent appearance on an episode of the CBS drama, Family Law has inspired a new guest credits entry. Tuc played a gay man involved in a custody struggle with his domestic partner of 12 years over their two adopted children. Tuc's character, Sean, hired Tony Danza's character as his attorney to sue for joint custody. Can you guess who won?

March 25, 2001 -- The Long Goodbye
We've just finished up the latest update to our Beggars & Choosers Episode Guide for the second (and final) season of B&C. Jump here to read it. As always, we've included some sharp new Tuc pictures to go along with each episode description. In a couple of weeks, look for some more B&C pics to be added to the gallery. With so many great shots, it's been hard to choose which ones to post here on the site so we're also in the process of creating free B&C wallpaper for your desktop! Stay tuned.

February 21, 2001 -- Oedipus Tuc
Back in 1992, Tuc had a cameo role as a Greek week king in the college campus comedy, Little Sister. The film featured Jonathan Silverman as a cross-dressing fraternity pledge and Alyssa Milano of television's Who's The Boss? as Jonathan's love interest. Just click here to learn more about this flick and here to see the Little Sister gallery page we've just created. And for those of you around the world who first came to know Tuc's work through his featured role in The Mummy, we've recently added a tiny blurb about the details of this film's upcoming [Tuc-less] sequel.

January 5, 2001 -- The Sharper Image
We've recently taken some time to spruce up a few of the images posted on this site. Many of our old pics were scanned from old press clippings, using ordinary equipment and software, and didn't come out as clear as we would have liked. So we've gone back and rescanned some of them using better software and reposted the results in our galleries, as well as few other places on the site. Also check out the brand new headshot we've added to the press page! We added a bit of color and a few effects to make it look really cool.

November 21, 2000 -- Blue Plate Special
Ever wonder about the hidden meaning of Malcolm Laffley's personalized license plate number? Our Beggars & Choosers episode guide will let you in on this little secret. Our guide is completely up-to-date. It now includes information regarding episodes numbered 9 through 12 from this season. We've also updated some of our responses on the mailbag page (yes, again) in order to include the most recent news available regarding Tuc's past film projects.

October 24, 2000 -- Cast Updates
We've been doing a bit of research on the extra-curricular activities of some of the Beggars & Choosers cast. It seems that the folks at LGT have been busy moonlighting in films and on tv. So be sure to check out the latest updates to our B&C page. We've also added to our gallery a few new images from some of this season's Beggars & Choosers episodes. And look for a couple of your recent letters included in our mailbag section.

October 8, 2000 -- Another Interview
We've dug up yet another interview from Tuc's days on One Life To Live. In this interview given five years ago, Tuc focuses on what might lie ahead for him. Tuc wanted to try just about everything from writing and directing, to scoring and editing. But he also considered other interesting ways of making a living including opening his own restaurant, starting a landscaping business, and even raising dogs. Speaking of dogs, the interview will give you a glimpse of Tuc's "best friend." Don't they look great together?

September 10, 2000 -- A Sneak Peek
Beggars & Choosers fans will want to note that Showtime will be giving all of their 10 Sharp original series a breather starting in mid-September. Reruns, starting from the first episode of Season Two will begin airing Tuesday, September 19th and will continue through for the next several months. For those of you who can't wait for the next new batch of episodes, we've got a few teasers on our Beggars & Choosers page to whet your appetite and make the wait a little more bearable. Enjoy!

August 21, 2000 -- Summer Reading
This month we've added some new graphics (e.g., the large one on the Beggars & Choosers Page, as well as the small collage on our Links page). We've also started our Season 2 Episode Guide. It's current through Episode 8 and also includes a bunch of new Tuc pics and show insights. So take a quick look through it, from Malcolm's goof ball grin in Episode 1 through the discovery of the secret identity of "Sandy Smolan" in Episode 8. We think it's the best kind of summer reading.

July 6, 2000 -- New Press
We've recently added a couple of new press items to this site. First, there's a new Tuc interview courtesy of Showtime's RedZone cyber magazine. Then we've also got an exclusive review of Beggars & Choosers from a recent edition of The Washington Post. Last, but not least, check out the CNN article written about Brandon Tartikoff (the inspiration for Rob Malone) at the time of his death back in 1997. Naturally, with the new month also comes the new "Tuc on Television" listings. Happy reading!

June 20, 2000 -- B&C Episode Guide
With the arrival of the second season of Beggars & Choosers, we thought that this might be a good time for a recap of Season 1. So we created an all-new B&C Season 1 Episode Guide. It'll not only catch you up on what's going on at the LGT network, but you'll also get to see a whole bunch of recent Tuc pics. How can you beat that? Also check out our revised and expanded Biography page. Just like the B&C Episode Guide, it's all new and written exclusively for this site.

June 1, 2000 -- A New Month
June is here and we've got some great things in store for you. First, there's a new poll question in honor of this month's season premiere of Beggars & Choosers. And if you'd like to check out last month's results, simply click on the link to "Previous Polls" shown just below this month's poll. Second, we've also just added a new interview with Tuc from back in 1995. It gives quite a bit of insight into his "salad days" when he was just starting out as an actor. And lastly, the Tuc On Television link on this page has been updated in order to include the latest TV listings for June.

May 21, 2000 -- Recent Additions
Almost immediately after we re-launched this page, we added a Tuc On Television link, at the bottom of the middle column of this page. This is a monthly schedule of where you can find Tuc on cable and satellite TV, and we hope you'll find it useful. We have also added a credits page for Miracle In Lane 2, as well as a screencap gallery from that movie. We hope you'll take the time to check all of these new additions out.

May 08, 2000 -- Website Relaunch
What's new? Well, everything really. All that we've carried over from the old page is now laid out in an easier to navigate fashion. We've also added tons of new pictures, new information about Tuc's credits, new interviews, and news items. Plus we've added the poll you see to the left, a mailing list, and there's plenty more to come in the future. So start clicking. There's tons of good stuff to be found inside.
